Packkies offers customized, printed, branded, and made-to-order packaging solutions. For such orders:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate specifications, dimensions, quantities, artwork, and other relevant details
Any mockups, proofs, or approvals shared by Packkies must be carefully reviewed by the customer before final approval
Once a customized or made-to-order order has been approved and/or production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded except in cases expressly approved by Packkies
Minor variations in color, print placement, finishing, dimensions, or material within commercially acceptable tolerance shall not be considered defects
5. Quotations and Pricing
Any quotation provided by Packkies is based on the information available at the time of quotation and may be subject to change if specifications, quantities, materials, timelines, or other project details are revised.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be valid only for a limited period and may be withdrawn or amended by Packkies before order confirmation.
6. Payment Terms
Packkies may require full or partial advance payment for certain orders, particularly customized, printed, or bulk orders. Payment terms, including any deposit requirement, balance payment schedule, and accepted payment method, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Packkies reserves the right to withhold production, dispatch, or delivery until payment obligations have been fulfilled.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on order type, production schedule, destination, logistics availability, and other operational factors.
Packkies shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, transport disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and dispatch commitments are governed by Packkies’ Shipping Policy and any specific terms communicated at the time of order confirmation.
8. Inspection of Goods and Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting the delivered goods upon receipt. Any complaint regarding damage, wrong product, missing items, or material discrepancy must be reported to Packkies within 24 hours of delivery, together with relevant proof such as photos, videos, and order details.
Failure to report within the required time may result in the claim being declined.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Packkies’ Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Customized, printed, bulk, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in limited approved circumstances.
10. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch and are subject to Packkies’ approval.
Customized, printed, or made-to-order orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started. Where Packkies agrees to a cancellation, it reserves the right to deduct any costs, charges, or losses already incurred in connection with the order.
11. Intellectual Property and Customer-Provided Content
All content on the Packkies website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, product images, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Packkies unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Where customers provide logos, artwork, brand elements, designs, text, or other content for customized packaging, the customer represents that they have the right to use such materials and authorize Packkies to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Packkies shall not be responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Packkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, purchase of products, delays, order issues, or inability to use our services.
Packkies’ total liability in relation to any order, claim, or dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Packkies for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
